Q: How hard is it to start using Real Closer?

A: Real Closer is very simple to setup for an office or just one agent. With templates ready for you, all you have to do is start entering your contacts. It is recommended that you do some testing to see if you like the task lists and other settings.

Q: Is my data secured?

A: Your data is secured by an industry standard 128 bit encryption.

Q: Can my agents do there own transaction coordination?

A: Agents, Brokers and Transaction Coordinators can all start transactions. The system was design so that one person can run their own transactions. Brokers can manage hundreds of agents if they need too.

Q: Will Real Closer work if I have multiple transaction coordinators?

A: Transaction Coordinators can share transactions if there is a need to share work or they are just backing up other coordinators.

Q: Can I have different commission level for different agents?

A: There are no limits on how many commission levels can be setup. Commissions can be changed in the transaction if needed.

Q: Can my agents see each other customers?

A: Each agent customers are exclusive to the agent and the broker has access to see the contact for administrative purposes.

Q: Can I email documents?

A: Yes, you can only email documents to those that have access to the document and a Real Closer Login.

Q: How much does it cost for my customers and affiliates to have access to Real Closer?

A: There is no charge to have outside user setup.

Q: Can I share my transaction with someone not in the transaction?

A: No, only people that have a login and access to the transaction can see that file.

Q: How long are my transactions stored?

A: 5 to 7 years. This makes Real Closer also a virtual filing cabinet.

Q: Will I need another login to work with another agency that has Real Closer?

A: Users will only get one login, their email address. Once the user logs in they will be able to choose what company they would like to work with.

Q: Has Real Closer been released?

A: Real Closer has not been released to the general public. Development work has been on going for about two years now. If you are interested in trying our software for free, please contact one of our Real Closer Software representative and we can discuss if you would fit to be one of our final test companies.
